Re-wire domestic property

Brief/Scope:

Our client approached us through recommendation and his desire to support the local community.  He had purchased a property to both extend and renovate/modernise.  Given our reputation and years of expereince, the client felt confident to request that I assist him in the drawing up of a Schedule of Works for contactors from the start to end of the project.  Once in place, he felt confident to manage the project himself. When requested, we assisted with contrator liasion to ensure the project ran smoothly with many different contractors from builders to renewable heating technology suppliers.

The Installation:

We re-wired the existing property and extension including supplies to garage and air source heat pump.  We had the electricity supply upgraded from single to 3 Phase to provide a greater flexibility and capacity for the installation.  Low energy/efficient sources of lighting were used with power outlets distributed to maximise usability whilst keeping a clean modern appearance.  Provison was made for an EV car charger.

Next Phase

Our client has now purchased an elecric car, so we will shortly be fitting his charger.  We are also currently assisting him with the design of his Solar PV and battery storage installation.
